What you can do: The best way to meditate is first to find a quiet place, sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath and just focus on your breaths. Do not let any thoughts come into your mind. If you can't focus on your breaths and you encounter any thoughts just let it go and start it again by focusing on your breath. 


Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude is the emotion of expressing love and thanks for all the things you have in your life (doesn't matter how big or small that thing is). When we show gratitude for all the blessings we have it reminds us to focus on the good things. Remember that what you focus on it expands, that is why giving thanks focuses us on the positive side of our life that we have.

What can you do: Every morning when you wake make a list of 10 things (blessings) that you have in your life. Once you note it down read one by one all the blessings and say 'thank you after reading each blessing. For instance- If you have food to eat or money to pay your bills or rent you can simply write it down "Thank you universe or God for the food I have to eat or Thank you for the money I have to pay my bills and rent."


Do The Things That Make You Happy

Sometimes we get so focused and stick to our goal that we forget to enjoy the journey of our life. We must spend quality time in our morning doing the things that make us really happy.

What can you do: You can do anything that makes you happy. If you love painting, dancing, or spending time with your family you should never miss that out in the morning. This is how you will start your day full of inspiration and happiness that will stay with you till the end of the day.


Start Writing a Journal
