A type of saliva is made from cumin, which improves the digestion process, which helps in releasing gas and eliminating harmful acid from the stomach.

    2) Cardamom:  Boil half a tablespoon of cardamom powder in a glass of water and drink it.
    Cardamom has many such properties that prevent the formation of excess acid and improve the process of digestion of food.

    3) Daily Exercise: Regular exercise maintains the balance of the stomach, digestive system, and nervous system and keeps you away from acidity and other stomach-related problems.

    4) Black Salt: Consumption of black salt is more beneficial than normal white salt. Black salt is rich in sodium chloride and magnesium.
